## From blank campaign to launch, in five steps

Name it, connect your sender accounts, import leads, write the sequence, launch.

Step 01

### Name your campaign

After you click the “Create campaign” button, you can name it.

Naming your campaign something relevant will help you identify it.

Step 02

### Select sender email accounts

Emailchaser allows you to connect an unlimited number of sender email accounts to a campaign.

This allows you to scale your sending volume without going to spam (inbox rotation).

Step 03

### Import leads

You can import leads into your campaign from a .csv file or Google spreadsheet.

This allows you to send personalized cold emails to more than one lead at the same time.

### Create sequence

Write the perfect cold email sequence.

You can add custom variables, automatic follow-up emails and a signature.

### Launch your campaign

After you have reviewed your campaign details, you can launch it.

You can monitor your campaign progress from the analytics page.

Campaign settings

## Six sending options, one of them always on, in the product's own words

These are the toggles on the campaign settings step, copied from the app as of September 2026.

1.  ### Remove duplicates automaticallyAlways on

    Skip duplicate leads.

2.  ### Filter invalid emailsRecommended

    Skip leads that have "invalid" emails.

    -   Contact "valid" and "catch-all validated" emails
    -   Contact only "valid" emails
3.  ### Ignore leads who already respondedRecommended

    Skip leads that have already responded and are in your Sales CRM. This does not apply to leads that have responded in other sending tools.

4.  ### Prevent cross-campaign overlap

    Skip leads that exist in another campaign. This doesn't apply to campaigns that have been deleted.

5.  ### Exclude personal addresses

    Skip personal email addresses (like @gmail.com).

6.  ### Avoid previously bounced leads

    Skip leads that have previously hard bounced. When an Emailchaser user sends an email that hard bounces, we prevent other users from contacting the same lead.

Schedule presets

Full Day 08:00 to 18:00, Morning 08:00 to 11:45, Afternoon 13:00 to 16:45. Or set your own window, days and timezone.

A/B testing

Up to 26 variants per step, labelled A to Z.

Sequence editor

The sequence editor withholds bold, italic, underline and lists by default. Links, inline images, attachments, custom variables and spintax are the controls you get.

How it works

### Double Email Verification

With verification switched on, every address gets up to two independent checks before it is contacted, and any invalid result skips it; catch-all addresses that pass are sent to unless you choose valid-only.
