Before you buy ## Here is what buyers ask before they pick a plan. ### Are email accounts really unlimited? Yes, on every plan. Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts have no cap: connect as many as you want and rotate sending across them at no extra cost. Mailboxes on your own mail server (IMAP): up to 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro, 120 on Max and 360 on Enterprise. ### What does my agent set up? Give it your website: it works out who to email, finds your first 50 prospects, drafts the campaign and lines up 1 .com domain and 2 mailboxes. Nothing is bought until you approve; then sending starts when your mailboxes connect, within 24 hours. ### Does AI personalize every email? AI writes your whole sequence in one go, then every email is personalized with each lead's own details: first name, company or any column you upload. Add spintax and each lead also gets its own mix of words, picked when the email sends. ### I'm new to cold email. Do I need a separate domain? You don't have to set one up: your AI agent suggests a new .com close to yours and creates 2 Google mailboxes on it, so your main domain stays out of cold email and there is no Google Workspace account to open. New email accounts are $6 per mailbox a month plus a one-time $3 setup fee each, plus the domain (.com from $16.59 a year, .org from $14.99 a year). Warmed-up email accounts (no warm-up wait): $6 per mailbox a month plus $16.79 once per domain. Some names cost more to register: they are billed at the registrar's price plus $1, and checkout shows each name's exact price before you pay. ### What counts toward my monthly email limit? Every email we send for you, including follow-ups: 5,000 a month on Starter, 125,000 on Pro, 500,000 on Max and 1,500,000 on Enterprise. Resets on the 1st of each month. ### What is an active contact? A lead stored in your account, across all campaigns and lists: up to 1,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro, 100,000 on Max and 500,000 on Enterprise. Removing contacts frees room for new ones. ### Does the Pro plan include the CRM? Every plan, Pro included, has Unibox: every reply from every mailbox in one inbox, with an AI agent that can draft your answers. The Sales CRM comes with Max and Enterprise. ### How do lead credits work? Credits pay for finding leads: each person you add from the people database costs 1 credit. Every month your plan refreshes with 1,500 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Max, 30,000 on Enterprise each month, and unused plan credits expire when the month resets. Top-ups never expire: $33 per 1,000 credits, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more at once. Email verification is billed per check on your invoice, not with credits: $0.0017 a check, and an address takes one or two checks. ### How does annual billing work? An annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price, invoiced once a year, so 2 months are free: Starter is $470 a year instead of $564, Pro is $970 a year instead of $1,164, Max is $3,580 a year instead of $4,296, Enterprise is $8,970 a year instead of $10,764.
