Every 30 emails a day takes one mailbox, and every 3 mailboxes take one domain
The calculator plans on 30 cold emails a day per mailbox and up to 3 mailboxes per domain. So a daily volume needs one mailbox per 30 emails, rounded up, and one domain per 3 mailboxes. 450 a day is 15 mailboxes on 5 domains; 1,000 a day is 34 mailboxes on 12 domains.
These are the numbers Emailchaser's Autopilot sizes a setup with, and the order form stops at 3 mailboxes on one domain. Keeping each mailbox at a modest volume and each domain to a few mailboxes spreads your sending, so no single address or domain carries all of it.
A mailbox costs $6 a month and a .com domain costs $16.59 a year
New email accounts: $6 a month per mailbox, a one-time $3 setup fee per mailbox, and each .com domain registered for a year at $16.59.
Warmed-up email accounts: $6 a month per mailbox and $16.79 once per domain.
Both are billed separately from your plan. Connecting email accounts you already own stays free and unlimited on every plan. The same prices, card by card, are on the done-for-you email accounts page.
Your monthly volume decides which plan you need
A month of sending is 22 weekdays, the default schedule, so 450 a day is 9,900 emails a month. With a first email and 3 follow-ups, that reaches 2,475 new prospects a month.
The calculator picks the smallest plan whose monthly emails cover the sends and whose contact limit holds a month of new prospects. The limits: Starter 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, Pro 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, Max 500,000 emails and 100,000 contacts.

These are the questions people ask before they buy mailboxes
How many email accounts do I need for cold email?
One mailbox for every 30 emails you want to send a day, rounded up, and never fewer than 3. 300 a day needs 10 mailboxes on 4 domains; 1,000 a day needs 34 mailboxes on 12 domains.
How many mailboxes should I put on one domain?
Up to 3. Emailchaser's done-for-you order form stops at 3 mailboxes on one domain, and spreading the mailboxes over more domains means no single domain carries all of your sending.
How much do done-for-you email accounts cost?
New email accounts: $6 a month per mailbox, a one-time $3 setup fee per mailbox, and each .com domain registered for a year at $16.59. Warmed-up email accounts: $6 a month per mailbox and $16.79 once per domain. Both are billed separately from your plan, and connecting email accounts you already own stays free and unlimited on every plan.
Which Emailchaser plan do I need for my volume?
The smallest plan whose monthly emails cover your sending and whose contact limit holds a month of new prospects. A month is 22 weekdays, the default schedule, and each prospect gets a first email and 3 follow-ups. The limits: Starter 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, Pro 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, Max 500,000 emails and 100,000 contacts.
What is the difference between new and warmed-up accounts?
New accounts are fresh domains registered for you with brand-new mailboxes, set up and connected to your account (24 to 48 hours). Warmed-up accounts are mailboxes on domains that have already been warmed up, so there is no warm-up wait. Both are sized the same way here: 30 emails a day per mailbox, up to 3 per domain.
