We read QuickMail's reviews on 11 October 2026. G2 rates it 4.7 out of 5 from 119 reviews. Trustpilot has only 3 reviews of it, none from the last 12 months, too few to mean anything. Its plans cost $49, $99 and $299 a month, and none includes lead data, so for email you bring your own leads. The complaints we found are a learning curve at the start, the price, and agencies wanting one plan across their client accounts with more API access.

Emailchaser Our pick

Emailchaser includes lead credits and client workspaces in every plan, and its first two plans cost less than QuickMail's.

  • Lead credits come in every plan: 1,500 a month on the $47 Starter, and one credit reveals one contact. QuickMail has no built-in lead database, so you import your leads.
  • Starter sends the same 5,000 emails a month as QuickMail's Starter, for $47 instead of $49. Pro sends 125,000 for $97, where QuickMail's Growth sends 100,000 for $99.
  • Open a workspace for each client at no extra cost, on any plan. QuickMail includes one workspace on Starter and Growth, and two on Agency.
  • The API and webhooks work on every plan. QuickMail adds its API on the $99 Growth plan and webhooks only on the $299 Agency plan.

It takes time to learn and set up.

Some reviewers find it a bit expensive.

Our verdict: QuickMail's reviewers like its support and its sending tools, but it has no lead database of its own.

  • G2 rates it 4.7 from 119 reviews, with reviewers praising its support, its automation and its deliverability tools. Trustpilot has only 3 reviews of it, too few to count.
  • Its plans include unlimited email senders and users, but no lead data, one workspace below the $299 Agency plan, and webhooks only on Agency.
  • For the same sending volume, Emailchaser's Starter costs $47 to QuickMail's $49, and Pro sends 125,000 emails for $97 to Growth's 100,000 for $99, with lead credits, client workspaces, the API and webhooks in every plan.

These are the questions people ask about QuickMail reviews.

Is QuickMail legit?

Yes. QuickMail is a real cold email and LinkedIn outreach tool, around since 2014, with 119 reviews on G2 averaging 4.7 out of 5 (read 11 October 2026), and 4.7 from 26 reviews on Capterra (as archived on 20 May 2026).

What is QuickMail's rating on Trustpilot?

Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 2.9 for quickmail.io, but from only 3 reviews, none of them in the last 12 months, and one is about a job application rather than the product (read 11 October 2026). Its quickmail.com page has no reviews yet, so Trustpilot says little about QuickMail either way.

How much does QuickMail cost?

On monthly billing, Starter is $49 for 5,000 emails a month, Growth $99 for 100,000, and Agency $299 for 500,000, each with unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users. Starter and Growth include one workspace, and Agency two, with $49 for each extra (quickmail.com/pricing, read 11 October 2026). Emailchaser's $47 Starter sends the same 5,000 emails a month and includes 1,500 lead credits.

Does QuickMail include lead data?

No. QuickMail's own comparison page answers its "Built-in lead database" row with "Import from SalesNavigator, Google Drive native integration, LinkedIn post reactions", and its plans list no lead credits. Every Emailchaser plan includes lead credits, from 1,500 a month on Starter to 10,000 on Max, and one credit reveals one contact.

Is QuickMail the same as QuickMail.io?

Yes. QuickMail moved to quickmail.com, and quickmail.io now redirects there. G2 still lists its seller as QuickMail.io, and its Trustpilot reviews sit on the quickmail.io page.

What do people complain about most in QuickMail reviews?

A learning curve at the start, which G2's tags count most often among the cons, the price, and agencies wanting plan limits shared across their client accounts, with more API and webhook access.

What do reviewers like about QuickMail?

Its support, its automation, and its deliverability tools, such as inbox rotation, which reviewers say keep their emails out of spam. G2's tags count Ease of Use and Customer Support 11 times each.

Is there a better alternative to QuickMail?

Emailchaser includes lead credits, client workspaces, the API and webhooks in every plan, from $47 a month for the same 5,000 emails QuickMail's $49 Starter sends. Pro sends 125,000 emails a month for $97, against 100,000 for $99 on QuickMail's Growth. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
