Reply.io prices its Email Volume plan by active contacts a month, from $59 per user for 1,000 contacts to $999 for 100,000 ($49 to $899 billed yearly). Multichannel is $99 per user a month. Both include 50 live data credits a month, and more come in packs from $39 for 200 to $599 for 10,000. Sending 5,000 to 500,000 emails with 1,500 to 10,000 new leads costs $278, $698 or $1,598 a month.

Reply.io prices from its pricing page on 9 October 2026, for one user, at five emails per contact and one live data credit per lead after the 50 the plan includes. Emailchaser adds credit top-ups only when a plan's included credits run out: $33 per 1,000 credits, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more at once.
