Billing questions, answered
Yes, on every plan, with one honest caveat. Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts are unlimited on Starter, Pro and Max: connect as many as you want and rotate sending across them at no extra cost.
Self-hosted IMAP mailboxes carry a fair-use allowance so the infrastructure stays healthy for everyone: 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro and 120 on Max. If you connect through Google or Microsoft, no cap applies.
Connecting your own email accounts is free and unlimited on every plan. If you want us to build them for you instead, they are an add-on ordered inside the app and billed separately from your plan.
New email accounts: $6 per mailbox per month, plus a one-time $3 setup fee per mailbox, plus the domain. Ready in 24 to 48 hours.
Warmed-up email accounts (domains set up over 12 weeks ago, so there is no warm-up wait): $6 per mailbox per month, plus a one-time $16.79 per domain. The domain already exists, so it is charged once rather than registered and billed yearly.
Only the new email accounts flow registers domains for you, and they are charged yearly: .com $16.59 a year, .org $14.99 a year. Other extensions are $13.99 a year.
Some names cost more to register. Those are billed at the registrar's price plus $1 whenever that comes to more than the listed price, and checkout shows the exact price of every name before you pay.
You can also point email accounts at domains you already own, in which case we charge you nothing for them.
Every email Emailchaser sends for you: the first email in a sequence and each automated follow-up. Plans include 5,000 emails a month on Starter, 125,000 on Pro and 500,000 on Max. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month, whichever day you subscribed on.
An active contact is a lead stored in your account, across all of your campaigns and lists. You can keep up to 1,000 at once on Starter, 25,000 on Pro and 100,000 on Max. Removing contacts frees up room for new ones.
Credits pay for finding and verifying leads. Every month your plan refreshes with 1,500 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Max. Plan credits do not roll over: unused credits expire when the month resets.
Need more? Buy top-ups that never expire: $33 per 1,000 credits, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more at once.
An annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price, invoiced once a year, so 2 months are free: Starter is $470 a year instead of $564, Pro is $970 a year instead of $1,164, Max is $3,580 a year instead of $4,296.
Everything else - the plan's limits, features and credit allowance - is identical to the monthly version.
