Learn / Cognism pricing
Cognism pricing is not published, and buyers report about $22,500 a year for 5 seats and a median contract of $32,750.
Cognism does not publish its prices: it sells Sales Prospecting in two packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, and asks you to talk to sales. Each seat carries a yearly allocation of credits, 10,000 on Standard and 12,000 on Pro, and one credit reveals one contact. Buyers report about $22,500 a year for 5 Standard seats, and Vendr's median contract is $32,750 a year across 94 purchases. Finding 1,000 new leads a month costs about $22,500 a year on Cognism.
Emailchaser includes leads with work emails every month and the cold email to reach them, from $47 a month.
Starter is $47 a month with 1,500 lead credits, and one credit adds one person with a work email. People whose address fails the check cost no credit, every plan has unlimited team seats, and the same account sends 5,000 emails a month to the people you find. 1,000 new leads a month comes to $604.80 a year with verification, against about $22,500 for Cognism's 5-seat Standard package.
Cognism sells its credits with seats by the year, so the same leads cost 16 to 38 times more than on Emailchaser.
Each row is a monthly volume of new leads with work emails, priced for a year on Cognism's 5-seat Standard package at its reported list price, and on the cheapest Emailchaser plan that covers it.

Cognism totals use the list price UpLead reported on 22 October 2026: about $15,000 a year for the platform and $1,500 for each seat, with 5 seats in the package and 10,000 credits a seat a year on Standard (Cognism's comparison page). A team that needs more credits than its seats carry is priced with extra seats. Negotiated contracts run lower: Vendr reports buyers saving 26% on average. Emailchaser totals are 12 months of monthly billing on the cheapest plan and top-up for each volume, plus email verification at the most it can bill.

One Emailchaser lead credit adds one person with a work email, and checking the address costs $0.0017 to $0.0034 more, counted here at the most. Cognism is priced from the list price UpLead reported on 22 October 2026, $15,000 a year for the platform and $1,500 a seat, with 10,000 credits a seat a year and more seats when the credits run out. Emailchaser adds credit top-ups only when a plan's included credits run out: $33 per 1,000 credits, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more at once. Every plan has unlimited team seats.
That is $1.88 a lead on Cognism and 5.0 cents on Emailchaser.
Cognism is an annual contract. Emailchaser bills month to month, gives every teammate a seat, and includes 5,000 or more emails a month to send to these leads.

Cognism publishes no prices: its pricing page names the Standard and Pro packages, with 5 seats in each, and says pricing is tailored. The credit allowances come from Cognism's own comparison page. Prices and contract figures come from UpLead's Cognism pricing guide and Supered's guide, published 25 September 2026, which both quote Vendr's data on 94 Cognism contracts. Everything was read on 22 October 2026.
Here is what Emailchaser's Lead Finder gives you on every plan.
Every plan includes lead credits each month: 1,500 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Max. Searching costs nothing, so you spend credits only on the people you keep. See how it works on the Lead Finder page.
| Way to find leads | What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|---|
| Filter by job title, seniority, location, headcount, revenue and industry, see how many people match, then add them straight to a campaign | Search is free1 credit per person added | |
| Click “Export with Emailchaser” on any Sales Navigator search with our free Chrome extension, and up to 2,500 leads per LinkedIn account a day come back with their work emails as a spreadsheet | No lead creditseach address billed as a check | |
| Paste or upload up to 10,000 profile links in one run and get the emails back as a spreadsheet | 5 credits a profileno match, no charge |
Two separate services can check every address before it reaches a campaign, at $0.0017 a check and one or two checks an address, and people whose address fails are skipped at no credit cost. Extra credits are $33 per 1,000, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more, and bought credits never expire.
Cognism's price pays for mobile numbers, intent data and a yearly contract.
- Cognism sells by quote: its pricing page lists the packages and features without a price, and buyers report annual contracts, not monthly billing.
- Each package includes 5 seats, and every seat carries 10,000 credits a year on Standard. Even if a team used all 50,000 of them, $22,500 is about $0.45 a contact, and Emailchaser's 1,000 leads a month come to 5.0 cents a lead. More credits are sold at a price Cognism does not publish.
- Cognism also sells mobile numbers and, on Pro, higher-quality mobile data and buyer intent. Emailchaser sells neither; it finds work emails and sends the campaign.
- Emailchaser is built for cold email: 1,500 to 10,000 lead credits a month on every plan, unlimited team seats, every address checked, and the sending in the same account.
These are the questions people ask about Cognism's pricing.
How much does Cognism cost per year?
Cognism does not publish prices. Buyers report about $22,500 a year for Standard with 5 seats and about $37,500 for Pro (UpLead, 22 October 2026). Real contracts run from $16,585 to $88,449 a year, and the median across 94 purchases is $32,750 (Vendr data, reported by Supered on 25 September 2026 and UpLead on 22 October 2026).
Does Cognism have a free plan?
Cognism has no free plan on its pricing page, which points to a demo. Its data sample page offers a free sample of mobile numbers and emails, sent back in about 72 hours. Emailchaser starts every plan with a 7-day free trial, and its free email finder gives 3 searches a day with no signup.
How do Cognism credits work?
One credit reveals one contact, and viewing a contact you already revealed costs nothing. The same credits work across the prospecting platform, CRM Enrichment and the API. Each seat includes an allocation, 10,000 a year on Standard and 12,000 on Pro according to Cognism's comparison page, and more credits can be bought.
How many seats does Cognism include?
Both Standard and Pro include 5 seats. UpLead reports about $1,500 a year for each seat on Standard and about $2,500 on Pro. Emailchaser includes unlimited team seats on every plan.
What is the difference between Cognism Standard and Pro?
Both packages include contact and company data, AI company research, MCP and API access and CSV enrichment. Pro adds higher-quality mobile data, mobile verification on demand and intent data, according to Cognism's pricing page.
How much can you negotiate off Cognism?
Vendr's buyers saved 26% off the first quote on average. The contracts it tracks run from $16,585 to $88,449 a year.
Is there a cheaper way to get verified emails than Cognism?
Yes, if your outreach is email. 1,000 new leads a month costs about $22,500 a year on Cognism's reported Standard list price and $604.80 on Emailchaser Starter, verification included, with 5,000 emails a month to send to them. Every Emailchaser plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
