How To Export More Than 2,500 Leads Per Day From Sales Navigator

Updated January 2026

Emailchaser's Lead Finder extension allows you to export up to 100,000 leads in a single extraction.

However, there is a limit of 2,500 leads per 24-hour period per LinkedIn Sales Navigator account.

This limit exists to protect your LinkedIn account, since extracting too many leads from a single account in the same 24-hour period can increase the likelihood of having your account temporarily frozen.

Emailchaser ensures you stay within this limit to prevent any risk of your account being banned.

To increase your daily export capacity beyond 2,500 leads per day, you’ll need to add more Sales Navigator accounts:
1 SN account = 2,500 leads/day
2 SN accounts = 5,000 leads/day
3 SN accounts = 7,500 leads/day
And so on...

Additionally, while running an export, you can:

  • Navigate away from the LinkedIn website
  • Leave the Emailchaser platform
  • Close your browser or even your computer

The only condition is to remain logged into your LinkedIn account during the export process.

Once the export is complete, you are free to log out if needed. However, logging out before the export finishes will result in an error and cause the process to fail.

To use multiple Sales Navigator accounts simultaneously, you’ll need to either switch between accounts or use separate browsers for each account.

If you want to be extra safe, you can pay someone a small monthly fee ($50 / month) to "rent" their real LinkedIn account, so that all exports are performed on a real LinkedIn account that is not associated with your own account. You can find people willing to rent their LinkedIn accounts on a site like onlinejobs.ph. If you wanted to take this even further, you could also use a VPN to change your IP address, and perform all exports on a separate computer.
