How do I find someone's work email from their name and company?

Updated 30 October 2026

The short answer

Type the person's name and their company's website into Emailchaser's free Email Finder. It returns their work email address and shows every address it checked, with 3 free searches a day and no signup. In our own August 2026 test it found 88 of 100 work emails, against 67 for Hunter.

You can find one work email in three steps.

  1. Type the person's first and last name.
  2. Type their company's website into the Email Finder and press Find email.
  3. Read the result: the address, the pattern the company uses and every address the finder checked.

You can find work emails for a whole list too.

The Lead Finder lists the people at any company with verified work emails, filtered by job title, and sends them straight into a campaign. Every plan includes lead credits each month, 1,500 on Starter and 5,000 on Pro.

The 100-contact test shows the method and the other tools we compared.
