How do I remove duplicate email addresses from a list?
Paste your list above (one email per line, or separated by commas) and click remove duplicates. The tool keeps the first occurrence of each address and strips the rest, then shows how many duplicates it removed.
Does it ignore differences in capitalization?
By default, yes. Email addresses are case-insensitive on the part before the @, so 'John@x.com' and 'john@x.com' are treated as the same. You can turn this off if you need exact matching.
Why remove duplicate emails before sending?
Emailing the same person twice in one campaign looks careless and can increase spam complaints. Deduplicating also gives you an accurate count of your real audience.
