Titan Email SMTP, IMAP and POP3 settings
Titan is a business email service you usually buy through someone else, since Bluehost, HostGator and Hostinger all resell it, sometimes under the name Professional Email. Titan keeps outside mail apps locked out until you switch on Enable Titan on other apps in webmail, and it refuses those apps entirely while two-factor authentication is on. EU-hosted accounts use their own numbered servers.
For incoming mail, use the IMAP server imap.titan.email on port 993, or POP3 at pop.titan.email on port 995. Pick the exact values from the tool above and copy them straight into your mail client.
Checked against Titan Email's own documentation: support.titan.email, bluehost.com. Ports and limits change, so check there too if something will not connect.

How to set up Titan Email in a mail client

Sign in to Titan webmail
Go to https://app.titan.email and sign in with the mailbox address and password, or use the Login to Webmail button in your hosting provider's panel.

Switch on Enable Titan on other apps
Click the settings gear at the top right of webmail, choose Enable Titan on other apps, read through the tour and confirm. If the menu says Configure 3rd party apps instead, access is already on.

Turn two-factor authentication off for that mailbox
Titan blocks third-party mail apps from connecting while 2FA is enabled on the account.

Enter the incoming server
imap.titan.email on port 993 with SSL/TLS, or pop.titan.email on port 995. EU-hosted accounts use imap0101.titan.email and pop0101.titan.email instead.

Which port should you use for Titan Email?
SSL/TLS on 465 (recommended) or STARTTLS on 587.
STARTTLS
Starts as a plain connection, then upgrades to an encrypted one. The modern standard for sending.
SSL/TLS
Encrypted from the first byte. Widely supported and a good choice when 587 is blocked.
Plain SMTP
Meant for server-to-server relay. Home networks and cloud hosts block it, so do not use it to send from a client.
Why your Titan Email connection is failing
The failures people actually hit with Titan Email, and what fixes each one.
Third-party access is off until you enable it. In Titan webmail open the settings gear, choose Enable Titan on other apps and confirm, then retry the client.
Titan does not allow IMAP or POP clients while 2FA is active on the mailbox. Turn 2FA off if you need a desktop or phone mail app.
Accounts sold by EU-hosted partners live on separate servers. Use imap0101.titan.email on 993 and smtp0101.titan.email on 465.
That account was added over POP, which pulls messages into a single app. Delete it and add it again over IMAP on port 993 so every device sees the same mailbox.
Titan caps mail to outside addresses by plan, from 50 an hour on Free and Starter up to 500 an hour on Ultra. Spread the send out or move to a higher plan.

Which port should I use for Titan Email?

Why won't my Titan Email SMTP connection work?
Check authentication first: Third-party app access must be switched on in Titan, and Titan blocks external clients while two-factor auth is enabled. No app password. Enable third-party access in Titan settings and use your mailbox password. Then confirm the host, port and security method match exactly, a 587/SSL or 465/STARTTLS mismatch will fail to connect.
Can I send bulk or cold email through Titan Email?
Not at scale. Per-plan hourly and daily send limits apply. Providers throttle bursts to fight spam, so pushing cold email through one mailbox hits limits and wrecks deliverability. High-volume outreach belongs on dedicated infrastructure that spreads sending across warmed inboxes, which is what Emailchaser does.
I bought Professional Email from Bluehost or HostGator. Is that Titan?
Yes. Both companies resell Titan under their own name, and their setup pages tell you to use imap.titan.email and smtp.titan.email. The webmail menu even says Enable Titan on other apps. Use the Titan settings on this page and handle billing through your host.
Why does webmail work when my mail app cannot log in?
Titan treats outside apps as a separate permission. Until you turn on Enable Titan on other apps in webmail, IMAP and POP logins are refused even with the correct password. Two-factor authentication has the same effect, because Titan blocks third-party apps while it is switched on.
How do I tell whether my account is EU-hosted?
It depends on which partner sold you the mailbox, and Titan lists EU partners such as Blacknight, MonoVM, DomainDiscount24, Fluccs and Domain Central. If the standard imap.titan.email and smtp.titan.email names fail, try the imap0101 and smtp0101 versions. Your host can confirm which region your mailbox sits in.
