Tell us what you were doing when it broke

You'll get a fix faster if your email includes:

• the method and path you called, for example POST /r/leads;
• the HTTP status and the response body you got back;
• roughly when you made the call, with your timezone;
• the first few characters of the API key (run_ and its prefix), never the whole key.

If the API is missing something you do in the app, email the same address and tell us what you want to automate.
