Disconnect email account
The API can't disconnect an email account from Emailchaser yet. What it can do covers most reasons to want to: stop an account sending in a campaign, and stop its warm-up. Disconnecting for good is one click in the app.
Stop an account sending in a campaign
Take the account off the campaign:
curl -X DELETE "https://api.emailchaser.com/r/campaigns/1234/sender-emails/4321" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $EMAILCHASER_API_KEY"The campaign stops sending through that account at once. Follow-ups it had not sent yet are canceled, and a running campaign moves its unsent emails onto its other accounts. Emails already sent are untouched. The call is safe to repeat: removing an account that isn't attached does nothing.
To find every campaign an account sends in, read campaignIds from GET /sender-emails/{id}, then remove it from each one.
Stop its warm-up
curl -X PUT "https://api.emailchaser.com/r/sender-emails/4321/warmup" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $EMAILCHASER_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{ "enabled": false }'Turning warm-up off also means the account has no health score until warm-up is back on.
Disconnect it for good in the app
Open Email accounts in the app, tick the account, click Disconnect and choose Disconnect from Emailchaser. The same menu has Disconnect from campaigns, which does what the DELETE call above does for every campaign at once. If you need to disconnect accounts from code, tell us.
