How To Export Leads From LinkedIn Sales Navigator (2024)

Updated May 2024

LinkedIn Sales Navigator doesn’t allow you to export leads or emails.

However, if you install Emailchaser’s “LinkedIn Email Finder” extension, then you can export leads from Sales Navigator with their email addresses as a .csv file.

In this article, I’ll show you how to do this in four easy steps:

Step 1: Install Emailchaser’s LinkedIn Email Finder extension
Step 2: Search for leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Step 3: Click the “Export” button
Step 4: Download exported leads as a .csv file

Step 1: Install Emailchaser’s LinkedIn Email Finder extension

After you sign up for a free Emailchaser account, you can install the “LinkedIn Email Finder” extension.

It is important to sign up for an Emailchaser account before installing the extension.

Step 2: Search for leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator is LinkedIn’s paid version that allows you to search for leads with over 25 filters.

You need to upgrade to access Sales Navigator. Fortunately it’s not too expensive, at around $99 USD per month.

Sales Navigator is the best source of leads, since LinkedIn is the only platform where people actively update their profiles. Other lead sources, such as Apollo and ZoomInfo, are less accurate versions of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

After you select the relevant filter options, leads will appear on the right side of your Sales Navigator account that match your filter criteria.

Step 3: Click the “Export” button

You will see a button that says “Export” in your Sales Navigator account.

This button only appears if you’ve already installed Emailchaser’s LinkedIn Email Finder extension.

After you click the “Export” button, you can name your export, and enter the number of leads that you would like to have exported.

You may be wondering how Emailchaser’s extension is able to find the email address of each lead since this information isn’t publicly available on LinkedIn.

Emailchaser has built a proprietary email finding software which is able to find peoples’ verified email addresses, even when those emails are not publicly available.

Our extension uses publicly available information, such as names and websites, to verify the correct email address for each lead. It then delivers your leads and their email addresses as a .csv file.

Step 4: Download exported leads as a .csv file

Once your export is complete, you can download it as a .csv file from your Emailchaser dashboard.

It can take up to 30-minutes for your export to be ready for download.

Once you’ve downloaded your .csv file, you can then upload it to your sales CRM or cold email sending tool.

I recommend that you create a campaign inside of your Emailchaser account, and then upload your leads (.csv file) to your campaign.

Creating a campaign in Emailchaser is the best way to send personalized cold emails at scale.
