Email allows 300 exports a month and Email + Phone 600, and the page lists no way to buy more, so ContactOut has no listed price past 600. Emailchaser totals are 12 months of monthly billing on the cheapest plan and top-up for each volume, plus email verification at the most it can bill.

Two separate services can check every address before it reaches a campaign, at $0.0017 a check and one or two checks an address, and people whose address fails are skipped at no credit cost. Extra credits are $33 per 1,000, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more, and bought credits never expire.

Past 300 exports a month, ContactOut makes you buy phone numbers too.

• ContactOut caps exports at 300 a month on Email and 600 on Email + Phone, and its pricing page lists no way to buy more. Past 600 the Team / API plan is by quote.
• On the pricing page the 600-export limit comes only with Email + Phone, so the step from $49 to $99 a month buys phone numbers. Emailchaser sells no phone numbers; it finds work emails and sends the campaign.
• ContactOut's help centre describes exporting as sending leads to a CSV file, Greenhouse or Salesforce. On Emailchaser one credit adds one person with a work email, and the same account sends the campaign.
• Every ContactOut plan below Team carries a 1 user per company limit. Emailchaser has unlimited team seats and unlimited client workspaces on every plan.
• ContactOut's “unlimited” emails are 2,000 email credits per account per month under its fair use policy, according to its terms.
• ContactOut lists email campaigns on its Email plan. Emailchaser Starter sends 5,000 emails a month from unlimited email accounts, with built-in warm-up, inbox rotation, follow-ups and A/B tests.
